On soft PVC and rubber mats we usually mold the logo into the mat or print it under a clear top layer, so abrasion from glassware and daily wiping does not lift the ink. On silicone, screen printing with a heat-cured ink holds up well; laser engraving is another option for a tone-on-tone look that cannot peel.
Before production we send a digital proof and, for new artwork, a physical pre-production sample. Test the print the way your staff will treat it: scrub it, run it through a dish machine if that is your routine, and check it after a week of service.

Sizes, Rail Measurement and Buyer Checklist
Bar mats are sized around the rail, not the other way round. Measure the usable length of your speed rail or drip tray, the depth from the rail to the back bar, and the height of the bottles you store. A standard runner is roughly 60 cm long, but a four-bottle rail needs a longer mat than a two-bottle rail, and a mat that overhangs the rail edge will curl.
