We need vector artwork (AI, PDF or EPS) before sampling. Standard mats run roughly 30 x 45 cm or 40 x 60 cm as spill runners; custom dimensions are possible but change the tooling and unit cost. Thickness is typically 3-6 mm. Edge finish is either straight-cut or raised lip.

Tooling: existing mould sizes carry no tooling charge. A new custom size needs a one-off mould fee, quoted per drawing. Volume above 1,000 pieces usually moves the unit price; we will confirm after you send artwork and quantity.
