Artwork should be vector (AI, EPS or PDF) with fonts outlined. We send a digital mockup before production and can provide a physical sample for approval. Note that laser engraving removes coating, so on colored tumblers the mark shows the steel underneath. If your brand color must stay exact, choose UV printing instead. We keep decoration inside a reasonable area on the body so the vacuum seal and lid threads are untouched.

Gift boxes, custom sleeves and insert cards are quoted separately. For orders in the thousands, ask for a revised price sheet. We quote FOB and can arrange express or sea freight. Payment is typically 30% deposit, balance before shipment.
