Customization is where most Canadian buyers have questions, so here is what we can do without overpromising.

Our 12oz and 20oz double wall vacuum tumblers are the common base for custom runs. Both are dishwasher safe and use a splash-proof lid; some models include a straw cap. Samples with your logo typically take 5-7 working days before a bulk run. We do not guarantee Pantone matching on powder-coated bodies, and we will tell you that before you pay. Canadian buyers usually request bilingual packaging; we can print English and French on the same box.

At these MOQs, the price is essentially a sample-order price. Unit cost drops as volume rises, mainly because tooling, setup and freight are spread across more units. Custom logo runs usually start higher than blank orders. Ocean freight to Vancouver or Toronto is quoted separately and depends on carton volume, not just weight. We quote FOB, so you or your freight forwarder handle the rest. Tariffs, GST and brokerage are the importer's responsibility. If a supplier quotes you $1.65 landed in Canada at 20 pieces, ask what is excluded.
