Engraving is done on the shaker body, not the lid or cap, so the mark stays readable when the tin is in use. Send us vector artwork (AI, EPS, PDF) or a high-resolution PNG. We return a digital proof before production.
- > Fonts: serif, sans-serif, script, and block lettering. Script suits wedding and groomsmen sets; block lettering reads better for retirement and corporate gifts.
- > Content: names, dates, initials, monograms, short phrases. Standard engraving covers up to 30 characters.
- > Placement: one side or two sides. Two-sided engraving adds setup time but no extra unit cost at MOQ.
- > Finish: laser engraving on brushed stainless shows a matte grey mark. On copper-plated Boston shakers the mark is lighter and lower contrast.
Engraving setup is a one-time fee per design. Repeat orders with the same artwork skip the setup. Samples with your engraving are available before bulk production. Our factory shaker (250/350/550/750ml, $1.58, MOQ 50) is the most common base for gift sets.
Pricing and MOQ for Gift Orders
All four shaker styles start at a 50-piece minimum order quantity. That covers one engraved design per style. Mixing sizes within a style is allowed; mixing styles in one order is possible but priced separately.

Engraved gifts carry a name, so errors are expensive. Confirm the spelling list before we cut metal. We recommend a typed spreadsheet with one name per row, plus a sample engraving on the actual shaker model you are buying.
