Engraving adds a per-piece setup and run charge, which decreases with volume. For orders above 5,000 pieces, request a custom quote. We accept T/T, PayPal, and Alibaba Trade Assurance. Prices are FOB Ningbo or Shanghai; we can quote CIF if you provide a port. Samples are available at unit price plus freight, and sample fees are refundable on bulk orders over $3,000.
Breakage Handling and Bulk Packaging
Glass breakage in transit is a real risk. We pack each glass in an individual foam sleeve or molded pulp, then in a 5-layer corrugated carton with dividers. For bulk orders, we use palletized shipping with edge protectors and strapping.
If breakage occurs, report within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged carton and contents. We will replace breakage exceeding 2% of the order value or issue a credit. For high-value engraved orders, we recommend adding shipping insurance.
