Customisation and logo options for wedding bar mats
Most wedding orders want the couple's names, a date, or a monogram, usually in one or two colours. We produce these by silk-screen print on soft PVC and silicone, and by sublimation on the soft PVC spill mats where full-colour artwork is needed.

At MOQ 100 the per-unit price sits at the low end of these ranges; smaller trial runs are possible but the unit cost rises. Wedding buyers typically order 20 to 60 mats for guest tables plus bar stations, so a 100-piece run leaves spares and keeps the price sensible. Tooling is not charged for standard sizes; custom dimensions or unusual thickness may add a one-off setup fee, which we quote separately.
Practical buying notes before you order
Wedding dates do not move, so build lead time into your plan. Standard production runs 15 to 25 days after artwork approval, plus shipping. Sea freight to Europe or North America adds four to six weeks; air freight is faster but rarely economical on a 100-piece order of mats at $0.60 to $1.45 each.
Check the mat thickness and backing. Thin PVC curls at the edges after washing; we recommend at least 3 mm for bar-top use where glasses are set down repeatedly. Silicone handles heat better and does not stain from red wine as readily as PVC, which matters for a wedding bar.
Ask for the CE test report with your quotation. All four mats listed carry CE certification, and we will send the documentation rather than just stating it. Confirm colour against a physical sample, not a screen; deep navy and burgundy are the two shades most often requested for weddings and both shift under different lighting.
