Customization and logo options
Most buyers want a logo that survives washing and daily spillage. We offer two routes.
- > Sublimation or heat-transfer print on soft PVC: best for full-colour logos, gradients and multi-colour artwork. Colour sits in the surface, so it holds up to wiping but not to abrasive scrubbing.
- > Moulded or debossed logo on silicone and rubber mats: the logo is formed into the mat itself, so it cannot peel or fade. Best for single-colour brand marks and long-life bar use.
Artwork: vector AI, EPS or PDF preferred; a 300 dpi PNG is workable for simple marks. We send a digital proof and, for repeat buyers, a physical pre-production sample.
Standard sizes run roughly 45x30 cm for spill mats and 60x8 cm for runner style; custom dimensions are available. Both CE-certified PVC and silicone bodies are offered, and all four listings below accept your logo. Tell us the mat style, size and logo method and we will quote against your artwork.
Pricing and MOQ, stated plainly
Prices depend on material, size, thickness and print method. Current FOB ranges from our listings:
- > PVC anti-slip service mat with logo: from $0.60, MOQ 100 pcs.
- > PVC bar mat with free sample and custom logo: from $0.60, MOQ 500 pcs.
- > Customised logo anti-slip rubber spill mat: from $1.30, MOQ 100 pcs.
- > Silicone branded drip/spill runner, CE certified: from $1.45, MOQ 100 pcs.
These are starting prices for standard sizes and simple logos. Larger sizes, thicker material, moulded logos and multi-colour print move the price up; we confirm the exact figure after artwork review. Tooling is not usually required for printed mats, but moulded silicone logos may carry a one-off mould cost, quoted separately.
Payment is typically 30% deposit, balance against copy of shipping documents. Production runs 15 to 25 days after proof approval. We do not publish a fixed price list because size and logo method change the number more than volume does.
What to check before you order
A few practical points that catch buyers out:
- > Confirm the mat thickness in millimetres, not just the size. Thin mats curl at the edges after washing.
- > Ask for the logo position and bleed allowance in writing; centred logos on runner mats need extra margin.
- > Request a pre-production sample for any moulded logo. Printed proofs do not show texture.
- > Check CE documentation matches the material you ordered, PVC versus silicone.
- > Plan packaging: mats ship flat or rolled. Rolled mats are cheaper to freight but need time to flatten.
