What We Stock and What It Handles
All four of our current hip flask lines are stainless steel pocket flasks built for gifting and party use. Capacities run 6oz, 7oz and 8oz in the matte black and custom-colour lines, plus a mini leak-proof engraved model and an 18oz vacuum flask for buyers who want a larger format.
Practical points buyers ask about most: -> Leak-proof closure on the engraved mini model — worth confirming with us before you commit to a groomsmen set, since a leaking flask ruins the gift -> Matte black finish is the most requested for groomsmen because it takes laser engraving cleanly -> Vacuum model holds temperature longer but is heavier; better for outdoor or winter weddings -> Standard retail-style gift box available; ask for a quote if you need individual boxing per flask
We have shipped barware and drinkware since 2013 from Hangzhou. If your order mixes sizes or finishes, tell us the split up front — it affects packing and lead time.
Customisation: Engraving, Logo and Colour
Personalisation is the reason this query exists, so here is what is realistic.
Laser engraving of names, dates or initials is the standard option on the stainless steel flasks. Engraving works best on matte black and brushed steel; on polished mirror finishes the contrast is lower, so ask for a sample photo before approving artwork. We need vector files or clean high-resolution images — screenshots and photos of handwriting generally will not engrave well.
Logo options: -> Laser engraving for permanent single-colour marks -> Screen or pad printing for colour logos on flat areas -> Custom colour bodies on the 18oz vacuum model and the matte black line
For groomsmen sets, most buyers send one name list with 5 to 12 entries and we engrave per piece. Confirm spelling in writing; we engrave what you send. Custom colour and logo runs start at our standard MOQ of 50 pieces per SKU, priced from $1.10 per unit depending on size and finish.
Pricing, MOQ and Ordering Practicalities
Our listed wholesale price starts at $1.10 per piece, with a minimum order quantity of 50 pieces. That figure is the entry point for standard finishes and simple engraving; larger sizes, vacuum construction, custom colours and individual gift boxes move the price up. Ask for a written quote against your actual spec rather than budgeting from the headline number.
Things that affect your landed cost: -> Engraving complexity — a short name is cheaper than a multi-line date and message -> Packaging — poly bag versus printed gift box -> Mixed SKUs in one order, which can change carton efficiency -> Shipping method and destination; we quote FOB and can discuss freight options
We are a trading company, not a factory, so we will tell you plainly when a request is outside what our partner lines can do. Lead times depend on engraving volume and finish; confirm before you promise a wedding date. Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for a personalised hip flask for groomsmen?
Our MOQ is 50 pieces per SKU, priced from $1.10 per unit. If you need mixed sizes or finishes within that 50, tell us the split when you enquire so we can confirm packing and engraving setup.
Can each flask have a different name engraved?
Yes. Send a name list with exact spelling and we engrave per piece. We engrave what you send, so double-check names and dates in writing before approval — corrections after production are not possible.
How do I get a quote?
