Most wedding buyers want a logo, monogram or date printed on the mat, and the method depends on the material and order size.
- > PVC mats: screen printing is the standard route for one- or two-color logos. Clean edges, good durability for a single event.
- > Silicone mats: better for fine detail and full-color artwork; also handles heat and repeated washing.
- > Runner-style spill mats: printed along the length, usually for a branded bar top rather than individual place settings.
Send vector artwork (AI, EPS or PDF) and tell us the print area. We confirm a digital proof before production. For small wedding orders, one-color printing on a PVC mat is the most cost-effective path. Multi-color or photographic artwork costs more per unit because of setup and passes. We do not claim photo-realistic printing on every material; we tell you what the substrate supports before you commit.
Pricing and MOQ, stated plainly
Prices depend on material, size, thickness and print method. Our current listed ranges:

The $0.60 figure is a starting point for a standard-size, single-color PVC mat at the base quantity. Larger sizes, thicker material, silicone and multi-color printing move the unit price up. Freight is separate and quoted by destination and weight; mats are bulky, so shipping often exceeds the product cost on small orders. We quote FOB and can arrange express or sea freight. Sample costs are refundable against a confirmed bulk order in most cases.

Wedding buyers usually order once, so get the details right the first time.
