Materials, sizes and practical specs
Most custom bar mats we ship are PVC or silicone. PVC is the cheaper option and works well for spill mats, drip runners and service mats behind the bar. Silicone costs more but handles heat better, resists staining from citrus and spirits, and stays flexible in cold rooms.
Standard thickness runs 3 to 6 mm. Thicker mats hold shape better under glassware but add weight and freight cost. Tell us your counter depth and we will quote a runner length that fits without trimming.
- > Anti-slip backing: standard on all mats
- > Eco-friendly PVC and silicone compounds, CE certified
- > Custom sizes cut to your counter or tray dimensions
- > Colors matched to Pantone references where volume allows
One note on honesty: very thin mats under 3 mm curl at the edges after repeated washing. If your bar runs high volume, budget for 4 mm or more.
Logo and customization options
Logo work is where most wholesale orders get delayed, so here is how we handle it.
- > Silkscreen printing: best for flat one or two color logos, lowest tooling cost
- > Sublimation: full color, works on soft PVC, good for detailed brand marks
- > Debossing or embossing: raised or recessed logo, durable, no ink to wear off
The soft PVC sublimation mat at $1.30 with MOQ 100 is our most requested option for branded bars and taprooms. If you want a free sample with your logo before committing, the PVC mat at $0.60 has a 500-piece MOQ for that sample arrangement.
Send vector artwork, not a photo. We will confirm print size and placement within one working day. Expect one round of sample approval before production; skipping it usually costs more than it saves.
Pricing, MOQ and what drives cost
Published prices start at $0.60 per piece for the PVC anti-slip service mat at MOQ 100, and $1.45 for the silicone drip runner at MOQ 100. Those are entry prices for standard sizes and one-color logos. Final cost moves with size, thickness, material and logo method.
- > Larger mats: price scales with surface area, not just quantity
- > Silicone over PVC: roughly double the unit cost
- > Multi-color sublimation: adds tooling, not much per-unit cost
- > Freight: mats are heavy; volume weight often exceeds actual weight
We quote FOB and can arrange express or sea freight. Payment is typically 30 percent deposit, balance against documents. Ask for a landed-cost estimate, not just the unit price, before you compare suppliers.
