Logo and Customization Options
Most buyers want the logo visible on the table without dominating the ice. We handle this in three ways.
- > Engraving: laser or sandblast on acrylic and double-wall buckets. Frosted white mark, permanent, no ink to wear off.
- > Printing: screen print or UV print for full-color logos, typically on single-wall clear buckets.
- > Labels: for small runs, a branded label keeps tooling cost at zero.
Send vector artwork (AI, EPS or PDF). We return a mockup in 1-2 working days before any production starts. Logo position is usually centered on the front face; for boat bowl shapes we place it on the flat side so it stays readable when the bucket is full.
Double-wall construction matters for branding as well as insulation. The inner wall stays clear, the outer wall carries the mark, and condensation does not blur the logo. If your venue runs long service hours, double-wall is the safer choice even at a slightly higher unit cost.
Pricing and MOQ
Our listed factory price is $1.80 per unit with a 100-piece minimum order. That applies across the range: the 4L, 8L and 12L boat bowl shape with handles, the 1-12L clear beverage tub, the double-wall acrylic model, and the large wine chiller bucket.
Actual cost depends on four things: -> Size: 12L uses more material than 4L, so larger units move above the base price. -> Wall type: double-wall acrylic costs more than single-wall plastic. -> Branding method: engraving adds a setup charge; printing adds a plate or screen charge. -> Quantity: at 500-1,000 pieces, unit price drops noticeably.
We quote per order, not per catalog. Tell us size, quantity and logo method and you get a written quote with the setup cost separated from the unit cost. No hidden tooling line at the end. Samples are available before bulk production.
Buyer Notes Before You Order
A few practical points from ten years of shipping these to hotels and distributors.
Capacity is nominal. A 4L bucket holds roughly 4 liters to the rim, not to a comfortable working level. If your bar service standard is six bottles, size up.
Handles matter more than they look. The boat bowl shape with handles is the most requested model for poolside and buffet service because staff carry it one-handed. Flat-sided tubs stack better in storage but are harder to carry full.
Acrylic scratches. It looks better than plastic on a bar top, but it needs hand washing. If your operation runs a dish machine, choose the food-grade plastic option.
Shipping: we ship from Hangzhou by sea or air. Mixed containers are possible if you also order glassware or bar tools. Confirm your port and Incoterms when requesting the quote.
