Most groomsmen orders come down to two choices: what goes on the flask and how it is packed. On our stainless steel hip flasks we can laser engrave names, initials, a date or a short line of text. Engraving sits on the front face; on the matte black 6oz to 8oz models it reads clearly without glare.

Box sets are the practical choice for weddings. A single-flask box is lighter to ship; a two-piece set with a funnel suits a best man gift. Send us the name list as a spreadsheet and we match each flask to its box before packing. Spellings are confirmed in writing before production starts.
We do not print photographs or full-color wraps on these flasks. Engraving and single-color logo work is what our lines are set up for.
Pricing, MOQ and Order Quantities
All four flask models on this page are $1.10 per piece at a 50-piece minimum order quantity. That MOQ applies per model and per color, so a 90-piece order can be split across two or three designs if the quantities stay at 50 or above for each.
What affects the final price: -> Engraving: per-piece charge, quoted after we see the artwork -> Box type: plain white box, printed box or gift set -> Order size: larger runs lower the unit cost -> Shipping: sea vs air, and whether you need it delivered by a date
At 50 pieces and $1.10, a groomsmen set of six costs very little in product terms. The real cost is usually the box and the engraving, so decide those before you ask for a quote. We quote in USD, FOB Ningbo or Hangzhou, and can quote door-to-door if you give us a delivery address and a deadline.
Order Timing and Practical Buyer Advice
For a wedding, work backwards from the date. Engraving and packing take about 7 to 10 working days after artwork approval. Sea freight to the US or Europe adds 25 to 40 days; air is 5 to 10 days but costs more per kilo.
A realistic timeline: -> 6 to 8 weeks before: confirm design, names and box -> 4 to 6 weeks before: approve sample or digital proof -> 3 to 4 weeks before: production and packing -> 2 weeks before: air shipment if you are cutting it close
Order one sample first if the names matter. Check the engraving depth and how the cap seals, then place the bulk order. Keep two spare flasks unengraved in case a name is added late. For resellers, a 50-piece run of one model sells through faster than a mixed 50 of four models, because the packaging stays consistent on the shelf.
