Information you provide

Hangzhou Sunward Import & Export Co., Ltd. receives the name, company, email or phone, product requirements, quantity, destination and message you submit. Please do not include payment-card information or sensitive personal documents.

How we use it

We use these details to review your request and communicate about sourcing and quotations. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter. Requests are stored in a private directory on our server for our team to review.

Website measurement

Our server logs requests, including IP addresses, browser information, requested pages and referring links. We record contact-button events. Session storage remembers your landing page, referring website and campaign tags during your browser session so we can associate an inquiry with its source. Contact details from the updated form are sent in the request body, not in tracking URLs.

External services

WhatsApp, Alibaba and other external links open services with their own privacy practices. Some product images load from Alibaba image servers. Information you send on those services is handled there.
